Welcome to the Youth Baseball Page of the Bel Air Recreation Council!

Organizationally, we strive to provide a safe, fun, and fundamental baseball experience for the Bel Air area community in Harford County MD.  We offer both Recreational League play and a Travel Program for all youth age groups from T Ball all the way to the 90' Diamond. We're operated by volunteers, and are actively seeking front office volunteers/board members to help achieve our goals, as well as coaches and age group commissioners. If you are interested, please feel free to reach out by using the feedback button down the left side of this page.

See you on the diamonds!

2019 Bat Standard Update

There has been much debate in the youth baseball world, and and even some reversal of thought by many local organizations - our stance at Bel Air for IN HOUSE baseball is as follows

Tball, 7/8, 9/10 should have either a certified (stamped) USA Bat or USSSA BPF 1.15 Bat. No barrel size restrictions.

11/12 - UCRBL - Same (11/12 plays in another league)

13/15 - CHBL -
